Every Indora order ships free and insured across India, in the Indora box, with its authenticity card.
Dispatch
In-stock pieces leave our Jaipur workshop within 1–2 working days. You receive a tracking link by email and SMS the moment the parcel is handed over.
Delivery times
- Metros (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata) — 2–4 working days
- Other cities and towns — 4–7 working days
- Remote pincodes — up to 9 working days
The delivery estimator on each product page gives a date for your pincode before you buy.
Cash on delivery
COD is available on most pincodes for orders up to ₹20,000. Please keep the exact amount ready; couriers may not carry change.
Insured in transit
Every parcel is insured for its full value until it reaches you. If a parcel is lost in transit we remake or refund the order — you are never out of pocket for a courier's mistake.
Packaging
Pieces travel in an anti-tarnish pouch inside the Indora box, in a plain outer carton with no jewellery branding on the outside.
