These terms govern your use of indorajewels.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you accept them.

Who we are

Indora Jewels sells hallmarked 925 sterling silver jewellery, made in Jaipur, India. Contact: care@indorajewels.com.

Products and description

All pieces described as 925 or sterling are 92.5% fine silver and carry a BIS hallmark. Plating thickness, weights and stone descriptions are stated on each product page. Stones are lab-grown cubic zirconia unless a page says otherwise. Photographs are representative; because pieces are cast in small batches, minor variation in patina and finish is normal and is not a defect.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. If a piece is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a piece is out of stock, the address cannot be served, or payment cannot be verified — and will refund you in full.

Care and liability

Silver is a soft metal. Follow the care guidance in each box and on our Silver Care Guide. Our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the piece concerned. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, text and the Indora name and lotus mark belong to Indora Jewels and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
