You shouldn't have to choose only from what is already on the shelf. If you have seen a design you love — on Pinterest, on Instagram, or somewhere else entirely — send it to us. Where a design is feasible to make, we will work towards creating your own version in 925 sterling silver.

How It Works

Four steps, start to finish

  • 01 · Send your inspiration

    Share the Pinterest or Instagram link, or a photograph. Tell us anything you would change — the stone, the size, a lighter version.

  • 02 · We check what's possible

    We look at whether the design can be made in 925 silver, what it needs, and what it will cost. Then we tell you honestly.

  • 03 · You approve

    Nothing goes into production until you have confirmed the design and the price. No surprises later.

  • 04 · Made for you

    Around 15 days from the day the design is confirmed, depending on the piece. It arrives in the Indora box.

Being Straight With You

What we can and can't make

We can't promise that every design can be reproduced. Whether we can make something depends on the design itself, the materials it needs, and what production requires. Some pieces are simply not possible in silver at a price that would be fair to you.

We also won't copy another brand's protected design. If what you have sent belongs to someone else, we will say so and suggest how we could design something in that spirit instead.

You will always hear this before you commit to anything.

Before you ask

How long does a custom piece take?

Around 15 days from the day you confirm the design, though an intricate piece can take longer. We will give you a date before you commit.

What does it cost?

It depends on the design, the silver weight and any stones. We quote you before anything goes into production, and the quote is what you pay.

Can you make any design I send?

Not always. Feasibility depends on the design, the materials and production — and we won't reproduce a design that belongs to another brand. We will tell you honestly either way.

Which finishes can I choose?

Silver, rose gold plating and gold plating, where the design allows it. The finish is confirmed with your design.

Can I change the size or the stone?

Often, yes — a different size, a lighter version, a different stone or colour. Tell us what you want changed and we will tell you what is possible.
